I was having trouble with my computer so thought if I bought the current version of Norton it would help. I bought the 2 year renewal of Norton 360 plus a $25 program to speed it up. It instructed that I uninstall my present Norton which I did....now I can't access the Norton 360 that I purchased so that I can install it....about to cry.

look first go to control panel and then add remove program then find norton 360 and uninstall it then again install.
