Question about Computers & Internet
Laptop wireless was working and she was reinstalling windows vista and now have no wireless and says I need a network adapter
Check if the wifi adapter is installed properly: right click on Computer, choose Properties, then Device Manager - in the Network adapters category find your device and check it status (double click on it). If it has a question mark and status says that it does not working properly - you need to update its driver. Use a cable connection to download the driver if you don't have a disk with it.
