Make sure that you have removed the tape on each cartridge.
make sure the cartridges are for your model printer as they are not all the same.
The cartridges could be bad since they are remanufactured, you can go back to the place you bought them and see if they will replace the cartridges for you or you can look online for a cheaper price like www.meritline.com

Download the the driver again and reinstall it.

Looks like that ink wasn't compatible after all. Not all replacements are. Maybe you can return it and get the Epson one.
