Question about Dell OptiPlex GX270 PC Desktop
When I turn on my pc, after you see the picture of the DELL, the screen turns black and asks for a password.
Assuming you are not connected to a network say at the office.
This looks like the BIOS password has been set. This is done by launching the BIOS setup and then enabling the system password feature.
Most systems you can press F2 to get into the BIOS or system setup at the moment you see the Dell logo. (This access key may also be displayed on the logo page, if it is not F2).
