Hello,

some time it is your blue tooth option, if its on it takes extra juice from battery, big file of ring tone also takes extra juice from the battery.
I have came across with bad battery twice. if you have spare phone, try same battery on ur spare phone. this with confirm the issue. if not request ur service provider to send you another battery, and please make sure it is OEM. also request them to see if they can send you Extended OEM battery, if your a good customer, they should send you at no additional cost.

hope this information help you.

My battery was charged the whole night but it can only used for half an hour is that means that the battery is already loose?

could be. oNe thing to try is let the battery die completely. Then try an overnight charge. If it still works the same, then the battery has bad cells and will need to be replaced. Good Luck.

My mobile phone charger broke and I couldn't charge it for two weeks. After ordering a similar model from China with the same charger, the phone still didn't want to charge and I can't turn it on.

replace the battery and see. when the battery is drained 100% and kept it drained for longer time period they never get charged after that but in ur case 2 weeks is too early for a battery to do that. Keep it connected for atleast 8 hrs and see , it does not work after 8 hrs then u sure need a new battery.
thanks

Dead battery after 24 hrs wont hold the charge! baterry is new

Find the battery drain. Disconnect negative cable from battery. Place test light between pattery negative post and disconnected negative cable. If light is bright while no accessories are on, there is a drain. While keeping the test light in this configuration, pull each fuse out and replace on at a time while watching test light. If the light dims or goes out when a particular fuse is out, that identifies which circuit has the drain. Use that information to track down what is on or draining.

How long to charge battery?

bateries have their own specifications. You can read it on the label. But,most of all it must be charge from 12-15 hrs. on its very first charging ( for a new battery) and later on or for the second time and so on, you may charge it 2 to 4 hrs.,sometimes 8 hrs..Leting you know,a battery can be charge even a short span of time, for example is 30 minutes only.In that 30 minutes try to measure its stored volt using a volt meter or a multi-tester,and the result is laready 12 volts (if your batery is 12 volts.)do you believe that? YES.! because a battery is so easy to store power. But,the problem is that its so easy to drain its stored power. You know why?because the current or amper of the baterry is still weak that the given specification.,.So,for short explanation, the longer time you charge your batery equals the longer time to drain the power. For example: when you charge the batery within 4 hours, thus the batery will be drained after 4 hours.

Battery not staying charged

what kind of reception do you have in your area? If you don't have good reception it can really kill your battery. Is your bluetooth on all the time thats also a battery killer. Those a re the two i see the most in the shop. How much time do you talk on your phone? If you can get more than 2 hrs talk time the phone is actually doing pretty well. Mine straight out of the box only got about 16hrs on a charge. 6 - 8 hrs if i talked a lot!
Anyway there may not be much wrong. Just check your reception and see if your bluetooth is on all the time. Good Luck!
