Simplest way to connect is to use A /V cables (red/white and yellow) to connect the Audio(left and right if stereo) and Video outputs on the VCR to the same inputs ion the TV. Select the corresponding Video input on the TV's menu to watch the VCR.

Then you have to use the antenna connection.

Connect the antenna to the VCR at 'in from antenna' and another cable
from the VCR at 'out to TV'. Go to the tuner setup page in the
onscreen menu and run the auto tuning feature. Now you can select
a channel on the VCR and record it, and put the TV on either ch 3 or ch
4 (which ever is selected by the little switch in the back of the VCR
by the cable connections) to watch it. When you are done watching
the VCR, press its 'TV/VCR' button (or turn the VCR off), to revert
back to watch TV like usual.

I need codes for Flip Remote Control FRC-24/4604 for panasonic TV and Sanyo vcr.

Hi,

Codes for Panasonic TVs are: 004, 054, 162, 170, 214, 227

Sanyo VCR codes are: 011, 013, 023

Try each of the above codes until the find the one which works or works best, i.e. controls most functions. Please note not all universal remotes will work with all devices, particularly when the remote is older than the TV or other device you want to use it with.

If the manual code entry doesn't work, try the code search feature. If neither or these work then it's unlikely you will be able to use this universal remote with your equipment.

BElectric

Is there anyway that i can connect a nec vt695 to my tv

Hello.

Connecting the nec to your tv, I think you mean you would like to get the TV's picture out from the NEC instead of the TV.

You need to connect your digital cable box or dvd player or vcr system, where the picture goes to the tv, to the projector instead to get it to display the tv picture.

Can't guarantee that it would work without knowing more about your equipment.

If that is not what you wanted to do then I do not know.

Cant get both a VCR & DVD player to work on a SANYO TV, model # DS27590 cause there is no input button. The VCR works using a video button. Is it even possible???

Well if you could gain access to the inside if the set you could locate the Video's Composite Input, and there you could simply "Tap In" there, and run a Coax. OUT for the Video?DVD IN, and similarly, find the Audio's Input, and do the same for that. Then you could, simply NOT provide a signal, IE: Turn on & use, the VCR/DVD. And NOT supply a signal from the VCR/DVD. Instead supply the signal via YOUR leads, and it will NOT know the difference, and display what is being fed into it.

I have an old nec croma vision tv and have lost the remote.I have a spare panasonic remote and want to no the code so i can use the remote with the tv

The remote for Panasonic TV cannot be used to control your NEC TV. For this you need a programmable remote control.
For example visit this site to know more about Universal Remote control. The UniversalRemote can be programmed to control TV, DVD etc. The procedure is givenin the accompanying manual.
If you do not want to invest in a universal remote then visit this site to purchase an NEC replacement remote.
Please try to understand that you cannot simply use any brand of remote to control any other brand of TV; only a universal remote (or a replacement) will help.
Thank you.

Can we tape digital feed on a VCR and play it on an HD-ready tv?

You should be able to accomplish this. Run the antenna to your converter box. Run the video and audio outputs of the digital converter box to the inputs on your vcr. Your vcr should then be able to record the program (select line-in as the channel when setting up the recording). Hook your vcr audio and video output to your tv.
It's best to use a converter box that has an event timer - this allows the converter box to turn on at a specified time and channel. Otherwise you will need to manually set the channel you wish to record on the converterbox, and leave it turned on.

TV Snow and Static Sound

Sound like its all cabled wrong So its from the source, (wall satalight Whatever ) to VCR in then VCR out to TV, Now when the VCR fires up it tunes the RF output to Chanel 4 and has a strong signal, that over rides just about every thing. Simply way to stop this is one of two ways, press the TV/VCR button on the VCR, or simply turn off the VCR to let the signal pass through.
