Simplest way to connect is to use A /V cables (red/white and yellow) to
connect the Audio(left and right if stereo) and Video outputs on the
VCR to the same inputs ion the TV. Select the corresponding Video
input on the TV's menu to watch the VCR.

- Then you have to use the antenna connection.
Connect the antenna to the VCR at 'in from antenna' and another cable
from the VCR at 'out to TV'. Go to the tuner setup page in the
onscreen menu and run the auto tuning feature. Now you can select
a channel on the VCR and record it, and put the TV on either ch 3 or ch
4 (which ever is selected by the little switch in the back of the VCR
by the cable connections) to watch it. When you are done watching
the VCR, press its 'TV/VCR' button (or turn the VCR off), to revert
back to watch TV like usual.
