How do you open up the kenmore dryer model 80311900 with the front control panel for cleaning out lint

To disassemble the machine, disconnect the power!

I believe that model has two screws in the rear edge of the top panel. Remove the screws and slide the top panel to the rear and remove it. Then remove two screws, from inside the machine, that hold the front panel in place from the back. Label the wires, then disconnect them. Tilt the front panel forward, then lift the bottom of the front panel up.

Cleaning lent from filter to rear exast port. Are their disassembly instuctions to access where lent has collected ?

The only place lint will collect is right now by the blower wheel, there should be 2 screws that go up and into the lid on the top of the door opening, take those long screws out take the top off and there are 2 more screws facing towards the front of the dryer on the top 2 corners of the front those are phillips also, take those out and the entire front panel assembly will pop off, there will be a couple wires attached at the bottom for the door switch assembly, and the drum also rides on this front so it will be laying on the front, and there are 2 hinge like hooks at the bottom that the front panel sits on you will have to lift it up before the bottom will come off. If you need further assistance, let me know.

I have a Kenmore 90 series dryer. I want to clean the lent that has accumulated. I want to remove the lower front panel to do this. How do I remove that panel

Get a putty knife or flathead screwdriver. There are two clips between the top panel and bottom panel about 3 inches from the corner. Push your screwdriver/putty knife straight in and it will release from the top. Give a little pull. There you go!

How do I take the front lower panel off the dryer?

There should be retaining clips along the upper seam of the panel where it meets the front panel, about 2 inches in from each side. Take a putty knife and insert to depress the clip, while pulling out on the panel at the same time. Release the opposite side in the same manner. The panel will open from the top and be removed.

You mentioned poor heating and longer dry times. The following link will give you some good advice on how to resolve this issue:

Most dryer heat related problems are caused by poorly installed vent ducting, kinked, vent hoses, or clogs. You are right to suspect your dryer may need a good cleaning, but make sure you thoroughly inspect the vent ducting as well, though. If there are large accumulations of lint inside your dryer, there is a clog somewhere. If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Kenmore dryer hums/heats up, but drum does not spin!

Depending on the type of door the dryer has, is how you approach the access of these dryers. Mostly though you yank out the filter first.Remove the 2 screws in the filter housing on top. Then use a putty knife to pop the top. Remove the screws holding the front panel on. VERY IMPORTANT! Raise the front up an inch before pulling forward or the panel clips will break! Some models have a panel on bottom. If they do then this panel must come off first. Then you remove the door springs and back off the screws holding down the bottom of the door panel. Then pop the top and remove the screws on top to get the panel out of your way. Yank out the tub. Clean the junk out (send me the coinery) oil the wheels and Idler with temp resistant zoomoil from ace hardware. Use this guide to replace dat belt Kimosabe:
