Digital photo keychain

I too can't seem to turn the stupid thing on. When it's on the the charge mode connected to the computer, the green light is on and the pictures are showing. The second I unplug it, the screen goes black. I've even tried holding down the menu button for a minute and still nothing. Has anyone found out how to turn it on???

Our son gave both my husband and I a
Coby Digital Photo Keychain. We each have a Mac laptop. The Mac cannot handle the little CD. Both of us had them get STUCK in the CD drawer. The machine couldn't eject them and I tried all the methods. I finally got a "fine" tweezers, and grabbed the edge of the CD and pulled it out. Then I tried to go to the web-site where I could down load it. It DOESN'T work.
Is this just a waste that we need to get our money back??? I sure will never trust Coby products again. It says it works on a MAC. NOT SO!
A word of caution. If you have a Mac...don't try this!

I have a MAC and it will not let me download the photo viewer, what can I do? Tried the CD does not fit, also went to the website and tried to download and it will not.. What can I do?

Received a Digital Photo Album for Christmas, but my computer will not read or recognize a CD in the drive. Is there an online version that I can download?

I can't get the software that came with this product to run on my PC. I also would like to know if I can download it somewhere.
