The small disc containing the photo viewer software won't play on my MAC. Is there a site where I can download the software for MAC?
Go to their website... www.mscustomercare.com and they have the drivers and stuff there....The problem i have is that after ive charged it for 3 days it wont turn on! It works when its plugged into the USB but as soon as i unplug it....wont turn on!
Cant get pictures from computer to keychain
I called the company and they sent me a full-size CD w/ the software for free. The number is found on that website that the other post mentioned (mscustomercare.com)
This keychain has a horrible setup. Not knowing a bit of computers I wouldn´t have had a chance.
1st) download the proper software "Tao Image TRansfer 4.9 " (google)
2nd) Plug the kexchain with the USB Cable to your computer, select USB update and then press the Menu button. Immediately start the programm ! Then nit will work.
3rd) The key chain only will be loaded if you connect it with your Computer and set it to "USB Charge"

Our son gave both my husband and I a
Coby Digital Photo Keychain. We each have a Mac laptop. The Mac cannot handle the little CD. Both of us had them get STUCK in the CD drawer. The machine couldn't eject them and I tried all the methods. I finally got a "fine" tweezers, and grabbed the edge of the CD and pulled it out. Then I tried to go to the web-site where I could down load it. It DOESN'T work.
Is this just a waste that we need to get our money back??? I sure will never trust Coby products again. It says it works on a MAC. NOT SO!
A word of caution. If you have a Mac...don't try this!

I too can't seem to turn the stupid thing on. When it's on the the charge mode connected to the computer, the green light is on and the pictures are showing. The second I unplug it, the screen goes black. I've even tried holding down the menu button for a minute and still nothing. Has anyone found out how to turn it on???
I purchase a sharper image digital viewer. I plug it in to my USB and all I get on My Computer is an additional cd drive. It seems that the accompanying software in the device doesn't launch. I tried it on a different computer and it does. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it to work on my computer? Thanks so much!

The Sharper Image USB 2.0 Rechargeable Digital Photo Album with keychain 1.4in display not recognized as 8MB, windows XP sp2 shows 2MB, but will not format.
A product like this shouldn't require any troubleshooting. Gave it 30 min following typical fixes, searched for updated driver...RETURN for REFUND

Went to the website mentioned above and had to download the Zip file for Windows to get the Mac installer. But it failed. :(
