Question about Maytag Dryers
Sounds like your problem is a faulty heating coil or thermostats.
Unplug the dryer.
Normally if you remove the back of the dryer, locate the air tube from the blower to the drum. The heating coil and thermostats are normally located inside of the air tube.
Remove the wires from the heating coil...Use a continuity meter across the two terminals and check to see that you get a reading of full continuity.
