I have the same problem(redish screen with no green at all)

Does Tube Light up? with TV on Look down into Tubes and see if picture is clear or you can bearly see picture or not at all Your Projection fliuld may need changing Ive seen where tubes are still lighting but No picture showing inside tube---- Bad Coolant Fuild Call Mats for fuild and for Tube if thats what it is Call Encompass 1-800-638-3328
