How do i go about finding a service manaul for my Hitachi EX60Mini Excavator? I was told it was a grey market machine by the dealer.

go DownloadAManual.net and there is a manual listed for hitachi ex60-3 excavator service manual download
The dealer may be saying that it is a japan machine made under licence in china and is not covered by the hitachi warranty properly and because of that dealers are reluctant to work on them as they are considered inferior product

1996 Nissan 200 sx we replaced 4 different starters on it yesterday and each did something different but still did not start the car. The first on the teeth on the new starter did not engage the flywheel...

The clicking solenoid, and the failure of the starter drive to engage the ring gear leads me to suspect your battery needs to be charged, replaced, or you have high resistance at one of the connection points.
If the battery is fully charged, I would clean the battery posts and terminals, the terminals that connect to the starter solenoid, the starter, and the ground terminal and the area where it seats on the block or where ever the manufacturer mounted it.
When I say clean, I mean use a wire brush or some other means so that the surfaces are shiny.
When you reconnect the cables to the battery be certain the clamps can't twist around on the battery post, if they do the clamps are not tight enough.
If they won't tighten up you can get a lead cap at an auto parts store that will slip over the battery post. Loosen your battery clamp and spread it wide enough so it will slip over the cap and tighten the clamp. Also if the battery clamps are the repair type (they have two bolts and a metal plate holding the wire to the clamp), you should take it apart and clean all the surfaces and also the bare wire. Then take a pair of pliers with wide flat jaws and twists the strands together so they won't squeeze out when you tighten the 2 bolts on the clamp.

1996 nissan maxima is eating cylanoid switches

If "tapping" the SOLENOID ever worked... you
HAVE A DEFECTIVE SOLENOID.

Defective is all inclusive... and when "STUFF"
happens (burns up)... it is VERY LIKELY to cause
COLATERAL damage...

(FRIED WIRES & IGNITION SWITCH)
((fix that "STUFF" later)).

At the SOLENOID ... apply "B" battery DIRECTLY
to the "S" terminal of the SOLENOID...

IF it does not fully spin up the starter 100% of the time
the solenoid or the starter is DEFECTIVE.

Wont turn over

The starter is most likely the problem, tap on the starter lightly with a hammer while trying to start the engine, dont get run over doing this it will take two people,if the engine starts, the starter needs replacing.

I hae a 97 f-150 4x4 the starter wont work

Have your battery load tested first. If the battery is good then check the current draw on the starter. If the starter is pulling over 400 amps it is cooked and needs to be replaced. You might also the starter bendix before replacing the whole starter.

Starter

the most common problem would be the starter relay,
the contacts burn out so just replace the relay.
