Question about Sylvania SMPK8854 Digital Media Player
You can load the player like a flash drive and dump the music via direct transfer to the music folder, or you can use the software that it recomends in the manual

Your player will detect as a drive, E:, F:, or other, make folders for each artist using windows explorer, drag your music to the artists folder you created.
there is no mp3 program on the product cd, only video converter.
windows media player kills a lot of mp3 players when sync-ing.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
