Here is my advice : Just go to www.microsoft.com and download internet explorer again and install it , then reboot your system . I'm sure that this will solve the problem . any way , why don't you try other internet communication softwares like ( firefox or google chrome) those both are great also . I advice you to have more than one internet communication software . I already have three just in case if one of them is corrupted . I have ( Internet explorer and firefox and google chrome ) . just try the idea and you'll be satisfied with the result .

If that didn't help then try to check system for errors . such as registry errors .
good luck .

We Care extension, and search conduit

Hi,

You can disable the extensions via the manage add ons options within internet explorer's options menu. The two items are not the same but are indeed both malicious. What i recommend is to download and run adwcleaner, followed by a scan ran with MalwareBytes, which you can download and malwarebytes.org, as well as a cleaning with CCleaner, which can be found here: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner. These steps should remove all viruses from your PC. IF you need additional assistance please visit my website at fix-my-computer.wix.com/computerservices click the contact tab and fill out the form to request assistance.

Thanks and good luck!

I can't open hyperlinks in IE8

Hi Chairlrock,

There are a few things you can try to solve this problem. First try resetting your Internet Explorer settings by following these steps:
  1. Close any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
  2. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33.jpg. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
  3. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  5. Select the Delete personal settings check box if you would like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, and InPrivate Filtering data.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, click Close, and then click OK.
  8. Close Internet Explorer.
If this does not allow you to open hyperlinks, you should try the repair methods found in this support article - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378

Hope this helps!

I can't view the whole webpage on my computer. Parts are missing. How do I fix this? I have spent hours trying to.

Hi ,

First we need to check the version for Internet Explorer ,windows xp comes with internet explorer 6 and vista comes with 7 so to check that open up the webpage and then right on top of the page you will see a menu that has file, edit, view, favourates, tools and help and in vista if you dont find it press the ALT key on the keyboard it will show up.Now you need to click on help ?about internet explorer?check the version for internet explorer if it is 8 then FOR XP go to start ?control panel ?add remove programs?right on top of the page check the box that says show updates .Look for anything that says internet explorer 8 or ie 8,select it and then remove it.
In vista you will have to click on control panel?program and features? then click on show instaled updates that would be listed on the left hand side then look for Internet explorer 8?select it and then click on uninstall .

If its not internet explorer 8 then delete cookies, temp files ,clear history by going to tools, internet options and in the internet options page click on the tab that says content?click clear SSL STATE...The other thing that can be done is go to the Advance tab and then click on reset that will be at the the bottom of the page ,click apply and ok .

hope this works ......all the best

Msn live search wont work

go into your control panel, internet options, advanced, press reset, press reset.

Do you have any blocking, filtering, firewalling, or network management software on your PC or network?

Can you go elsewhere on the internet? What about other browsers? Can you try to browse the internet with firefox or opera or safari?

Internet browsing

It is a problem with the website server, not your computer.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do except wait until the site's owners get it sorted.

Error message

The most common cause of this issue is not restarting the computer following the installation of Internet Explorer 7. It seems that if you do not restart Windows immediately after the installation has completed, it causes some side-effects, particularly the error you describe. This may not have been your fault, as the Internet Explorer 7 update may have been automatically downloaded and installed from the Windows Update website. After the update was installed, and you were prompted to restart, you might have elected not to restart (as you did not realise the implications of such) and thus now the program does not work correctly. In this case, the workaround for the issue is to uninstall Internet Explorer 7, through the “Add/Remove Programs” control panel, and then reinstall Internet Explorer 7. Make sure you restart the computer once the installation has completed!

Apart from reinstalling Internet Explorer 7 I was unable to find any other workarounds for the problem. Some users have reported having to reinstall Windows, but this is only in extreme cases. In the worst case, you may have to just uninstall Internet Explorer 7 and go back to using Internet Explorer 6. However, I imagine you might like the new Internet Explorer 7 features such as tabbed browsing. Should this be the case, and you are unable to resolve the problem with Internet Explorer 7, perhaps another alternative is to try Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox). This is a very popular free open-source web browser, with many of the same features (tabbed browsing, RSS integration, etc.). This could be a useful compromise if you are still unable to get Internet Explorer 7 to work correctly.
