10.00 error is for the black cartridge. Check the cartridge locker for the black toner cartridge on the right side, is it different from the other? does it moves correctly? check properly. If the locker seems correct, try clean the contacts on toner and opposite HV pins in printer

You need not to clean laser printer cartridges,it may color or mono. Print cartridges them selves having cleaning blade to clean the surface of the OPC drum every time when its initializing or printing. If you found any vertical tracks on print outs replace the particular cartridge.. If you have any kind of print quality issue,perform calibrate process through printer menu..quality..calibrating.. even if you found quality issue clean the Laser scanner assm.(professionals only can do)
