Question about KitchenAid 24 in. KUDM01TJ - Multiple Color Built-in Dishwasher
I have a whirlpool dishwasher and it will not start. I noticed the lock light indicator is lite. How do I unlock and and start it.

We have a two week old Gold series that has washed about 4 loads. Our lock light would flash with a button pushed. Alternating Sani-Rinse and Heat Dry several times then holding the lock button for maybe 5 seconds, the light went out and we could run it. Hope this time was a fluke.

if your unable to unlock the "childlock" by holding down the button, then it woud seem that theres a problem with the user interface itself
