The power is just the same. The initial letter subscript
could signify the mounting position of the magnetron.

Westingtnghouse microwave not heating. What could be the problem.

It is likely the Magnetron is burned out, this is the most expensive part of the machine and is what produces the high energy microwaves that cook the food, money wise I would just replace the oven.

I have a GE Spacemaker Over-The-Range Microwave Model #JVM1533WD002 that has worked perfectly for 10 years. Now everything still works, except it doesn't heat the food. Where is the fuse located and how...

A common symptom of a failed magnetron is a failure to heat with everything else (magnetron fan, stirrer, timer, etc.) working fine. Check the GE manufacture date for the unit on its nameplate to determine the age of the magnetron. For GE models of the past, magnetrons had a 10 year parts replacement warranty. Magnetrons can be expensive, so you need to weigh all your options, i.e., repair versus replacement, before you commit to one solution.

My '80's Solid State runs but does not heat?

If the '80s' you mentioned means the period of manufacture, the most common problem is the failure of the magnetron (that actually does the cooking), the high voltage diode that supplies the rectified voltage to the magnetron, or a fuse that has failed from metal fatigue (expanding and shrinking as current flows through or ceases).
With the cost of labor (if you have any surviving techs around) and the cost of the replacement parts (magnetron $30-$60 US) or the diode (<$10 US) it is questionable if repair makes any economical sense; you might consider replacing it.

Buzzing sound... Turntable stopped. food heats up but uneven. No microwave fan when heating.. no light inside expensive fix?? Unit is 10 years old

If the microwave oven is 10 years old then it is time to consider a new unit, by your description it is going into cascade failure where different parts have stopped working, the buzzing sound is the magnetron warning you, it is about to fail. The fans job is to keep the magnetron cool while it is running.

RC22s are very expensive ovens if you need part #s i will need the serial # and P# [P132....M] to get correct parts. hope this helps. thaks for your question.

Part number question on (XX)

As long as the mounting position is the same, they are the same magnetron.
Be very careful as there are lethal voltages feeding the magnetron that can be stored in the capacitor for a very long time. It is not practical to try and test a magnetron with a multimeter as all you can read is the heater continuity.
A thermostat likewise is difficult to test but a faulty thermostat won't stop the magnetron from working.
No idea where you are so I cannot comment on a supplier.

Microwave does not heat

It looks like the magnetron failed on your microwave.
This something that you may be able to do it yourself, just need to keep some good safety measures when it comes to the high voltage capacitor.
This may be the magnetron for your appliance: http://cgi.ebay.com/OM75P-GE-Samsung-Microwave-Magnetron-Tube-WB27X10017_W0QQitemZ170195128083QQihZ007QQcategoryZ150140QQcmdZViewItem

Good Luck.

GE Profile JE1660GB01 magnetron failure?

It pass the resistance tests and still be bad, and I suspect it is.

I would also suggest that you check the high voltage diode to be sure it's not shorted.

If the filament voltage and high voltage are both present at the magnetron terminals, and not loaded down, but there is no heat, then it's the magnetron.

As a pro with over 20 years of expereince, I have always measured the high votlage, but I will never recommend it to a non-professional. Without the right equipment and procedure, you and your equipment can be "fried". No kidding.
