I don't understand the title, so as the text then, please do send me a message in russian to email@example.com and I'll look into your issue, I do understand russian, but the answer is going to be in english as of me finding it hard to type on the keyboard in russian.
Press one of the buttons on the monitor to activate the OSD (On Screen Display). Wait about a minute -- the OSD probably will cancel itself, if you've pushed the correct button.
Then, use the other "left/right" or "up/down" buttons to navigate through the various settings (contrast, brightness, et cetera) until you get to the "language" setting. Press the "accept" button to select it.
Press "left/right" or "up/down" until 'English' is displayed. Press the "accept" button to choose that language. Then, wait a few minutes, for the OSD to "self-cancel".

But if it doesn't work the only way you can change the language from Russian to English is by reinstalling the Operating System in English version. In that way, you can change and reset the language from Russian to English.
Hope this solution helps your problem.

If you bought the laptop in russia it is probably running a russian version of windows. You can get an english version of windows and reinstall ms office if you like or you can reboot the laptop and when it comes to language settings choose english version of windows. Unless you can read russian or know someone who does it will be difficult to change it. But ms office should give you a language option when you install it. Try uninstalling it then reinstall it and make sure you read each and every page before you click on next I to had this same problem with ms office and when I uninstalled and reinstalled I found I had somehow missed the option for language in my windows version only mine was chinese instead of english. Once changed it was all in english
language compatiblity maybe the issue. "related to install drivers" meaning foriegn. but the communication was no problem with the english operating system. any other problems before installing hardware/software upon russian os
