when my graphics card is inserted my computer turn on then turn off simultaneously and it will not boot but when i remove the graphics card it successfuly boot what's the problem here??

- i checked it, no hardware conflict. im using the same pc now, its just when i insert my graphics card, my computer will power on and turn off by itself when i turn on the power

- i know that i insert my graphics card correctly, the fan of my graphics card is running whenever the power is on then it will off, then turn on again by a split second

Check whether if any Hardware resources conflict in device manager.

either the card inserted is loose or the card is faulty, check it for the first option
