My computer has found new hardware for my freecom external hard drive, but it dosen't show on my computer so I can't access it, I think there is a file missing, how do I fix this

It should automatically allocate a drive letter to it. Go to windows explorer and hit F5 to refresh the display and you should see a new drive letter with the name of FREECOM next to it.
