swithch off 4n, then press "5 " key , start mobile 4n with press "5' key.
then ask reset?
give yes or press green"right" button..

On Thinkpads laptops the keys on the right hand side double up as the number keypad. To switch on the Number lock key pad on - press and hold the Shift key and press the NumLk/ScrLk key, it is above the F11 key, the Num lock LED will also light up. Press these keys again to turn off the Numer Lock.
