Question about SanDisk Sansa c150 MP3 Player
You can start by opening My Computer and double clicking on your sansa player. From there you should be able to navigate through your mp3 player. Once you've found the video recording you can right-click on it and hit copy, then go to your desktop and right-click again and hit paste. Your audio-recording will then be on your desktop.
