Not heating anymore, and the power is fully out now. I already tripped the breaker, and its still not working, no light or vent fan action.

Well it may be the breaker that the oven is connected to, overheating the switch and tripping it. Try replacing the breaker switch (main breaker box in the house rv) is the best thing, but you can place a small fan from say a old computer or laptop conected to a old cellphone charger, there both dc powered. Just make sure that when you fix it to the breaker switch you leave plenty of room for the switch to trip if it has to ' to avoid house fires'. I had to do this one year because the heater I plugged in was over loading my breaker and had to Jerry rig a old computer processor fan to keep it cool while heating that area of my house

The magnetron is probably defective "heats food" and there are two other parts that work with the magnetron, the high voltage diode and capacitor which can be issues. The cost to repair will approach the price of a new microwave oven.

If you find the fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped, unplug everything from the circuit to which the microwave is connected (keep in mind that other outlets may be fed from the same circuit). Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. If the same thing happens again, you have a problem with the outlet or other wiring on the same branch circuit. If plugging in the microwave causes the fuse to blow or circuit breaker to trip immediately, there is a short circuit in the power cord or elsewhere.

The microwave oven may be powered from a GFCI outlet or downstream of one and the GFCI may have tripped. (Removing a broken oven lamp has been known to happen.) The GFCI outlet may not be in an obvious location but first check the countertop outlets. The tripped GFCI could be in the garage or almost anywhere else! Pushing the RESET button may be all that's needed.

Next, try to set the clock. With some ovens the screen will be totally blank following a power outage - there may be nothing wrong with it. Furthermore, some ovens will not allow you perform any cooking related actions until the clock is set to a valid time.

Assuming these are not your problems, a fuse has probably blown although a dead controller is a possibility.

but its sounds more like the ballest is out if thats it replace the whole unit

Test the high voltage capacitor, the rectifier diode.or the magnetron.

The diode and capacitors can br tested. The capacitor must be allowed discharge before testing, or you risk to get electrocuted, even if power is off. Capacitors can get discharged by shorting their two contacts.
Replace the magnetron if the checks and all of the high voltage component tests are good, but the unit still does not heat.

Remember that microwaves are potentially dangerous devices if not repaired properly, the job must be done by a competent person.

This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a failure on the controller.
