Hardrive is unknown device in bios

The BIOS determines the maximum size hard disk the computer can support.
The max hard disk size for this model Dell is 80Gb.
To use your 250Gb hard drive, install this Hard drive into an USB hard drive case and use it as an external USB hard drive.

When i start leptop then no sccren just i comes message to boot divice insert hard disk so what to do i don t have hard disk

That's a problem! I think the EeePC just ran on a flash drive and that's it, but you need a device to boot from, and normally it's the hard drive accessed by undoing the screw in the front underside center. It's supposedly common for them to be stolen. Get a replacement and restore from backups.

No-Bootable divice plesae insert boot disk and reboot

This usually occurs because there is no bootable hard drive or media detected by BIOS. If you use a hard disk, try to remove it from the laptop and then reinstall. On some case, hard drive connector loosened because sometimes shocks.
