So I was about to charge my Samsung D807, but after I connected the adapter, nothing happened. I tried connecting the headset, which I never even use with the phone anyway, but it was loose with the Headset/Power Connector. I looked through the little slot and saw that the Connector's gone crooked inside the phone.
This is weird because I charged the phone a few days ago and nothing was messed up, and I didn't drop the phone.
So is there anyway I can adjust the the Connector back to being straight? I've only had this phone since July.

Re: Samsung-D807 Headset/Power Connector Crooked
It is a common problem on this model. This connector is fragil and prone to breaking. To continue to use the phone without sending in for repair purchase an external battery charger. I'm not endorsing it but if you
don't know where to purchase it, try this site:

this also happened on my samsung i5810. when i send for customer service what they did it that they shocked my battery (connected it to a dc power supply) and it worked afterwards. but there could be also other scenario that would caused this like loose charger connector (try to reseat the adapter) or the battery is already washed up.
When you plug in the adapter into the laptop a LED lights up to indicate that it is connected to the mains supply and is charging. A faulty adapter or the connector is not making proper electrical contact, this causes the LED not to illuminate. Wriggle the connector plug to see if the charge light comes on, if it does then the loose connector needs repairing.
Check the adapter with a multi-meter, the voltage reading should be a slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the adapter. If the voltage is more than 10% below the nominated voltage then replace the adapter it is faulty.
check to make sure it is connected properly and whether the pins in the phone's charging slot are not broken, because I have a samsung SGH-D807 and I forced the charger in the slot and the pins got broken, it won't charge. I have to repair it. so connect it properly and check to see if the pins are broken, if not, try another power socket to plug the charger in, not all sockets are compatible with a charger.
Hi there! OK I know it is little late to response but if someone will google it,
might find the solution, they are still selling it though. I just got
my set as a xmas present so here is the way it works..
First plug the batteries into the headset, there is gonna be small
power in it, however you have to charge it. So connect the small
charging cable into the base unit and the headset and make sure the
switch on the head set is off. Green LED light will appear on the base unit. Let it charge for 16 hours. After is charged you can unplug the small charging cable.
OK now how it works.
The base unit needs to be always plugged-in to the electricity
supply. Connect the audio connector from the base to the e.g. TV, PC,
DVD player, mp3 player... After you plug-in the audio connector red LED light will automatically light on the base unit.
There is is two channels what you can use, that's in case if you have
two of the same wireless sets. So if on the base is set to # 1 the
headset needs to be also on # 1. Then if you have second headset choose
channel # 2 on the base and also on the headset # 2, so they are not
crossing each other.
Now press switch on button on the headset and red LED light will appear. There is nothing wrong with the red light. That's just the way it is..
OK that's it. Adjust the volume on the headset and you should be able to listen to the music.. :)
