Question about Philips 200W6 Monitor
Hello, Can you tell me what is the most likely cause of failure on my Philips 200w6cs/00 lcd monitor. The led light come on but nothing else. It was working the day before when switched off, but now nothing happens. I'm thinking it maybe something to do with the power supply, just a wild guess. The monitor was one week out of warranty and Philips won't touch it.
I found a copy of the service manual here.
Thanks for any help you can give.

nice anecdote, fixing things from far is not easy, a t.v.-technician right in front of the actual screen could tell more- but they don't come for free, alas. hope that people's idea about problem solving lead up to you fixing a problem yourself - hey this here is for free - to sort wxperts, one needs feedback! thx alot

SOURCE: No Image but power
On another question related to LCD monitors turning on and off within a few seconds, people suggested that aged/burnt out capacitors on the powerboard inside the monitor needed replacing. A relatively easy job for any technician to do.
