Question about Hotpoint Dryers
Sounds like the problem is with your spin cycle of the washing machine, the clothes you put into the dryer should not be that wet that they are dripping water.
Try to spin the most of the water out of the clothes first using the washer.
You did not say if the dryer was heating or not...I have to assume it is heating.
I would try this solution first.
