Head flexpoint ashtour pro racquets broken

I have 2 new Head flexpoint ashtour pro racquets and both have broken above the flexpoint near the top of the racquet. it seems like a stringing or manufacturing fault and I'd like to find out where to get them repaired or replaced.

Are there different head sizes for a tennis racket?

there are 3 different head sizes of rackets. here is an explanation of the different sizes from http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/choosing-a-tennis-racquet.html

Over-sized:
Beginners really like the over-sized and even jumbo frames, which offer between 100 and a whopping 140 square inches of strung surface. Such frames give you a larger sweet spot simply because the hitting surface is bigger, and they allow you to hit the ball farther from the heart of the sweet spot and still make a good shot.

Mid-sized: These racquet heads range from 85 to 100 square inches. Most pro players use frames on the low side of mid-sized - between 85 and 95 square inches. Most recreational players gravitate to the high side of mid-sized - between 95 and 100 square inches. Mid-size racquets offer a great compromise between a larger strung surface and sweet spot and a maneuverable frame that lets you generate good racquet speed when you swing.

Standard-sized heads: Ranging from 80 to 85 square inches, standard-size heads are now obsolete. They give you a smaller strung surface and sweet spot, making it more difficult to produce crisp, clean shots.

remove the 2 kick panel screws near the front panel by the floor swing the front panel upward and the top clips will release, then remove the 2 hex head screws under the top cover then swing the top cover up like a car hood and secure it so it doesn't fall and pull wires out, then remove drum and restring belt and then around the drum then around the tensioner and reverse the above procedure

The beater belt is broken. There are 4 phillips head screws on the outside (2 on top of the base on either side of the upright, and 2 on the front edge on the underside of the base near front edge). and 4 phillips head screws on the inside (holding the guard cover over the beater bar). The belt is about $3 (part number 38528040). Take out the beater bar and put the new belt around it. Then put the other end around the metal bar and stretch the belt taut as you position the beater bar back into its channel slots. Replace the guard and top cover and you should be good to go...

Apparent broken wire issue

I somehow think that it may not be the headphones, but rather the hardware in the computer...but then again if they are under warranty definetely get them fixed(if they are broken?...)
Good Luck!
