SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: I have several TomTom updates.

Hello,

you need to download the updates again, but this time, reset the tom tom first, after that perform the updates and use them immediately.

To reset your tom tom, read the info on this link: http://www.ehow.com/how_5024523_reset-tomtom.html

To update your Tom tom, First, click on this link (from Tom Tom's support site) and follow the step-by-step instructions for installing Tom Tom Home software on your computer:

Your Tom Tom should have came with a USB cable that can attach to your computer. Use this cable to connect your Tom Tom to your computer, and then follow the instructions in this link to update the firmware (the software that is inside of the Tom Tom):

Good luck.

Tom Tom only has Guam map since update

That is really strange!
I can only suggest that you verify what MAPs are physically on your TomTom device by connecting it to a PC/LAPTOP and use Windows Explorer to look at your GPS drive folders: should see a folder for each 'country' (like GUAM).
The normal way to check which maps are registred and loaded on your device is to use TomTom Home -> Update maps function: it will show you the status or whereabout of any Maps that you have loaded or backup and which one can be purchased.
Hope it helps: let me know how you go.
ps.i f you wisely backup your device on a regular basis (via TomTom Home or direct copy to your PC/LAPTOP), you could always RESTORE FROM BACKUP and start again.

I cannot download the USA and Canada on my Tomtom any more

Connect the device to a pc via a usb cable. It will appear as an additional external drive. Navigate the drive and you will fin a folder called Guam.

Copy it to the PC.
There will be another one called USA_and_Canada. check if it has any contents.

The Tom Tom website can tell you how to install the map again if it is not there

Tomtom 510 + no map of us jest 1 map of guam

go to www.tomtom.com and download Tomtom Home 2.5 - latest version. Register a new account or use 1 that you have. At the device browser click "Add Maps ect" then again click "Add Maps" you will then need to plug in your device. When this is done you can buy a new map of U.S.A area that you require. Only buy the original, they are copyright! The install will follow automaticly. If your device is new you can find help at www.tomtom.com/support for warrenty fixies.

Lost the predownloaded Map

If you delete maps without backing them up, there's nothing you can do, but you can put maps back on by connecting to TomTom Home if they have been saved, otherwise you'll need to download and install new maps here

Setting country on tomtom one

This TomTom comes loaded with 2 maps....Guam and the US with Canada. I too got stuck in Guam and it is not obvious how to get out of it. But here it is.
Go to Main Menu, then Change Preferences
Hit forward arrow twice
Go to Manage Maps
Hit forward arrow once and choose Switch Map
It should show you Guam and the US and Canada
Tap US and Canada and it should take you out of Guam!!
Mine did and I am now going to delete the Guam map.
