Hi,

Refer to the manual link below:

P4S800D-X Manual

Go to page 1-20 for the System panel connector.

Also, save a copy of the manual to your computer for future use.

Thanks for using Fixya.

If you look closely at the strip, it is marked.
Also, you can go to ASUS for a printout of your motherboard.

Philips home theatre system hts35650 stoped working After switched off the power. How to fix it

Perhaps the surge strip has blown a fuse. Try plugging directly into a wall socket, bypassing the surge strip. If it lights up, then you know you have to get a new surge strip. In any event, it is most likely a fuse that's either in the surge strip itself or in the rear of your Philips receiver, near where the AC plugs into the chassis. All electrical appliances and devices have a fuse. Find it and take a look and see if you can ascertain if the nicad wire is broken inside.

Receiver keeps going to standby

I don't know about the newer receivers but this sounds like an arching OFF/ON power switch that was a problem on Pioneer receivers years ago. I would bypass the switch and see what happens.

1. Unplug unit from wall.
2. Jumper two wires going to off/on switch using alligator clip with insulated boots on clips.
3. Plug amplifier into disconnected circuit breaker/fuse protected AC strip.
4. Plug AC strip into wall outlet, turn AC strip switch ON and see if problem disappears.

Sounds like a bad sequencer (the thing you unplugged the wire from probalbly). It will have 24vac supplied to the heating element in the sequencer and most likely 240vac being passed by the sequencer to the heat strips. This parts are not very expensive and can be purchased at a heating and air supply or a mobile home supply company. You can turn off the power and use an ohmmeter to figure out which one is bad. There may be only one or there may be 2 or 3. Let me know what you find.

I need to connect two switches to one power source in a two gang box. There are two different light sets.

The proper way to wire two switches in a 2 gang switch box to control each light separately is as follows:

  1. Make sure you have the power turned off at the breaker for this box.
  2. Take the HOT (common, black wire) FEED wire and add (2) pieces of black wires to it with a wire nut.
  3. Now you can put one of each of these black wires to the bottom screw of each light switch to provide power to both switches separately
  4. Connect each separate wire to the (2) different lights to the top screw of each switch.
  5. Twist all the bare ground wires together, leaving at least 7-8 inches at the ends untwisted for at least 2-3 of these wires.
  6. Take (2) of these ground wires and connect them to the ground screws on each separate switch. If it is a metal box these area in, connect one ground wire to the box with a green grounding screw also, if not, cut off the extra ground lead near the twisted bunch.
  7. Now twist all white (netural) wires together and install them all under one wire nut.
  8. Make sure the bare wires are not near or touching the HOT screws and fasten the switches to the box.
You now have an approved and legal wiring for (2) separate light switches using the one power source (FEED) already in the box.

Cant find the towbar electrics plugs for x-type

I assume that the towbar didn't come with a proper wiring kit as, unfortunately there is not a specific connector for the towbar wiring on the x-type, the proper Vehicle Specific Kit plugs into the rear light. There is a power connector with three pins on the left and a grey reverse sensor cut out connector also on the left. but you will either need to use a Vehicle Specific Wiring kit (about £175) or use a bypass relay system.
