I have a Logitech Quickcam Connect which I purchased 14months ago.
It has been operating very well until now for no reason.
The microphone is working 100% but the camera is not. The orange activity light does not come on.
Would appreciate any help please.
Have sent three emails to Logitech support over last 14days and have not received any replies or help.

Hi Tony sounds like you have a driver problem If you haven't updated your software since you installed it - I would recommend this :- Unplug your webcam Uninstall the current logitech software Restart your computer Visit the Logitech website - Identify your camera - click on it and download the software note - there are 2 pages of webcams on the bottom of the first page look for the 'Still cant find your webcam?' link for out of production models Uninstall the current software
open up the control pannel for the microphone and turn the volume up and re train the microphone. If you have forgottent how to do this please post here and I will walk ypu tjrew it step by step.
