Question about GE Washing Machines
Try cleaning the cold water screen on the cold water side this will be right side as you look at washer after removing the hose turn the water on, and aim it into the bucket or tube if there is no water then the filter is plugged or the cold water valve is plugged, this may mean take it apart and clean.
