You have both Mozilla Firefox AND IE on your computer. That isn't a problem. But you need to let your computer know which browser you want to designate as the primary one. Go to your "tools/options" and select which browser you wish to make "primary."

Keep getting connecting tab

Open your Internet Option in the control panel and go to the advanced tab and click the RESET tab to reset internet explorer to it's default settings.

If that don't solve the problem try a better browser. Internet Explorer is the worst browser there is.

Try downloading Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome.Unlike Internet Explorer they install in less than 5 minutes and they arefaster and safer than Internet Explorer.

Go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "Download MozillaFirefox" (without the quotes). Download and Install Mozilla Firefoxfrom Mozilla's website. Do the same thing for Opera and Google Chrome.

I've put the links of each one below so if you like you can just click on themto go to their site to do the download and install.

Today I can't access Yahoo at all, why?

Hi. If you cannot access Yahoo but can access other websites, what I can suggest for you to do is to reset your browser settings. Here are the instructions depending on you browser on how to reset settings.

INTERNET EXPLORER Version 7 & 8:
Click TOOLS > Internet Options > Go to Advanced Tab > Click RESET button > Reset > Wait for it to finish loading, then it's going to ask you to restart your browser. Just close out all the Internet Explorer Browser that you have open. Open a new Internet Explorer then try accessing Yahoo again.

INTERNET EXPLORER Version 9
Click the gear icon on the upper right part of the internet explorer window > Internet Options > Go to Advanced Tab > Click RESET button > Reset > Wait for it to finish loading, then it's going to ask you to restart your browser. Just close out all the Internet Explorer Browser that you have open. Open a new Internet Explorer then try accessing Yahoo again.

MOZILLA FIREFOX Version 3.0 & 3.6
Click on TOOLS > Clear Recent History > On the dropdown box, choose EVERYTHING. > Clear now > Wait for it to finish loading, then it's going to ask you to restart your browser. Just close out all the Mozilla Firefox Browser that you have open. Open a new one then try accessing Yahoo again.

MOZILLA FIREFOX 4.0
Click on FIREFOX on the upper left part of the mozilla firefox window > HISTORY > On the dropdown box, choose EVERYTHING >Click Clear now > Wait for it to finish loading, then it's going to ask you to restart your browser. Just close out all the Mozilla Firefox Browser that you have open. Open a new one then try accessing Yahoo again.

If you cannot connect other websites besides Yahoo, contact your internet provider.

Hope this helps! Have a great day.

Facebook is the only site that won't open on my computer, A window pops saying the internet explorer cannot open up the facebook site.

Get another browser such as Firefox,Kmelon or Flock.Internet Explorer should really only be used to download one of the other browsers i listed then never be used after that.Firefox and Flock are much faster and more secure plus look better i think.If you install either of these be sure not to export settings from IE during the install.

Make sure that you have an Internet connection. If you do, then optimize your browser to see if that would help. Please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer
- Open your Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options
- Click on Delete button under the Browsing History.
- Close and re-open your Internet Explorer
- Try accessing these Web sites again

* For Mozilla FireFox
- Open your Firefox > Tools
- Select "Clear Recent History" > select Everything from the drop-down arrow
- Click "Clear Now".
- Close and re-open Firefox

These should resolve the issue.

Have a great day!

Internest explorer so to open.

Do Internet Explorer update or use Mozilla Firefox (that is similar to Explorer) instead of Internet Explorer.

Download and reinstall internet Explorer from website below:

Internet Explorer: Get It Now

Or use mozilla instead of internet explorer:
