The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
it may be due to the camera application software which is installed in your system I advise you to uninstall the camera pc suit software form the system and reinstall the application again it will resolved your problem.

Make sure you have installed the software/drivers for the polaroid i633. Many cameras require you have software installed on the computer hard drive in order to detect that camera. If you do not have the software/cd, then you should be able to find all you need at the polaroid website.
Many other cameras of recent times do not need special software, and will see the camera storage as a hard drive.
