Spring on pickup/loading arm

-   I think I have the same problem. My cd's were not being fully loaded into the the reader. It kept going thru the cd's 1 by 1, and would never play them. I took off the cover, and found a spring in the bottom of the unit, probably has to keep some type of tension on the load/unload arm to push the cd's in all the way..Is there a way to take a pic or schematic and send it to me to help identify where it goes ? It's easy to say to hook it up when it's hooked on one end already, in this casy, it was in the bottom of the unit, and I have no idea where it can go.
