SOURCE: All screen is red
IF THE SCREEN IS ALL RED WITH VIDEO VISIBLE AND RETRACE LINES. ADJUST SCREEN CONTROL IN THE FRONT FOR THE RED TUBE ONLY. TURN CONTROL COUNTER CLOCKWISE. IF THAT DOESNT DO IT THE TUBE CAN BE REJUVINATED.

Dyderich, Yes, You should read up on all the causes of LCD monitor failures!! Your symptom will be among the top three cause/complaint of failures. LCD units can be repaired. If you have never used a soldering pencil, digital volt meter, DMM or Oscilloscope, then you should keep yur gruby fingers on the outside of the monitor. Your monitor's "switch-mode-power-supply" and the "cold-cathode-fluorescent-tube's" and the "inveter" power supply that lights up the tubes will need to be evaluated(trouble shoot) by a TECHNICIAN who knows all there is to know about CCFT's and what it takes to get them to light up!!! Or you can trade up to a younger model, and repair/refurbish the old and keep as a spare. You could also see if SAMSUNG has some sort of swapout program for newly refurbished same model monitors? ? ? Check with a Samsung dealer and or their website. Bye for now. I'm louie12fix on fixya or lmistyrel @aol.com

Don't force it, you'll break it.
You can try some of the fixes listed in this link as it's likely to just be a bit of dirt stuck in the mechanism, but given that the camera is only three months old it's fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty as long as there's no evidence that you have been clumsy or have tried repairing it yourself.
I hope that you get your camera working again and that you found my reply to be of use. If so, please rate my answer.
