I am trying to print a picture from the c340

I am trying to print a picture from the c340 camera using the printer dock. Picture is only printing the bottom half and there is a jagged edge along the bottom half where the rest of the picture should be. The rest of the picture is white. What can I do to fix this problem? There appears to be no paper jams.
