I have a problem with my computer how can i restart over again.

My computer did that once, just before it crashed. I had to go into the boot menu and choose a different start boot. (Ctrl-Alt-F10 I believe that's the boot menu access. It's been a while, but it was either F10 or F12) This will cause your computer to reset the boot app and start from scratch. You will lose all your data, but it may be the only way to get the computer to work properly.

Time to start using a card reader.

try to clean boot your computer.

• on safe mode, click start > run > type msconfig
• you have several tabs there, go on Startup tab, click on Disable All button
• go to Service tab, it's on the right of Startup tab, put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services". make sure you have a check mark there. then click on Disable all button.
• click on Ok
• the computer will ask you if you want to restart or exit without restart, restart the computer
  
• when you see your desktop after restarting, put a check mark on "Don't show this message again"
• observe the computer if it will still freeze.
  

• Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
• Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.
• Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
• When you are finished with all troubleshooting, close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would.

If this does not work you will probly have to go back to factory settings

Check for bloated capacitors in your motherboard. It may be the reason why your system keeps on restarting. If there are bloated capacitors then its time for you to change the whole motherboard or the whole computer set itself. Or - Another reason could be that your computer is infected by a Sasser. If you see an error message window with count down, then it is infected by a sasser. Download sasser removers. Here is another way to stop it--- Use System Failure Settings to Stop Automatic Restarts.

1. Click Start and Open the Control Panel
2. Go to System and Maintenance, Click on System.
3. Select Advanced System Settings and choose Advance tab.
4. Under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings.
5. Under System failure uncheck Automatically restart.

in safe mode.

If you have more than 1 CD/DVD Drive, try a different one...
Otherwise restart your PC, if that still doesn't work then follow this procedure :
1 : Deinstall 2 : Restart Computer 3 : Reinstall 4 : Restart Computer 5 : Restart Computer again 6 : Try again

when the computer try to restart push the F8 key and go to the last know good config restart the computer again and see if is ok if not restart again and push the F8 and go to save mode loock for any hardware or programs the one is not ok remove it and restart that again if you can acces the hard drive and is not fix you may have to re install windows or repair it
