Question about Sony Handycam DCR-HC32 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
I have a Sony DCR-HC62 Handy Cam and i just ejected a tape and now the new one won't latch when it is pushed in, it won't stay in even with no tape. We have done the unplug the power source, beat on the bottom of the cam corder and reset the reset button. The small yellow arrow flashes and the screen states that the power supply needs to be attached even though it is attached. The error code is C:32:11. We have read the error messages for C32, but there is no condensation anywhere and we have left if open for more than 1 hr to no avail. Please help if you can. We are desperate!!!!!!
