Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for PC

Adobe Acrobat 8.1 will not finish the install

I have attempted to download and install the free version of Acrobat Reader 8.1 5 times now and 5 times I have to un install it and try again. That same problems happens each time and that is:
It will complete the download and then begin the install but when it gets to the part about " accepting or denying" the license agreement I can do neither. No matter which of these options I click on I get a screen which tells me " the licensing has been denied, this program will now quit.
I cannot now even use the older version of reader which was on my computer. I do use the Mozilla browser but I did follow the Adobe instructions for downloading using Mozilla. I printed those up and followed them exactly. I am at a loss as to what to try next. I really NEED to be able to have a format for reading and using PDF files. Any ideas on what I can try next???

Try using the following link to download adobe reader. Be sure to put in the correct operating system. There is a chance you are picking up an incorrect version of adobe reader that you are attempting to load.

I am not sure what e-mail site you are using, but I don't think Acrobat Reader caused your problem. Try going to and install the latest version of the Flash Plugin. This may resolve the issue.

Click Save Now and your file is enabled with the four items described above. You need Acrobat Professional for all enabling features.
