The web site for "Otimus home" will get you in touch with more parts than most sites. This site is for pool parts they also have a site for spa and smaller pond equiptment.

I'll bet you need to buy a new pump.Most pond pumps from Beckett are sealed and the impeller can't be or should not be changed.

This same symptom happened to me.Check the impeller, if you can pull it out or it just sloshes around in the well housing, then the impeller lock has come out of it's place. Simply pull off the outer intake grill, then twist off the outlet housing. Now you can see that white notched washer and how it must be seated and aligned. Once seated in place use a small screwdriver to turn and lock it in. Now you will see your impeller shaft is no longer loose.

Where can I find a replacement impeller for a 10 year old beckett water pump? The only model information I have is "798" stamped on the out side of the casing.

I'll bet you need to buy a new pump.Most pond pumps from Beckett are sealed and the impeller can't be or should not be changed.

There is no 'rebuild kit' for the pump. Clean filter and, depending on your mechanical skills, remove pump and cover and cleans out any debris in pump impeller.

Water fountaian will not work

The curcuit should be simple. The pump is the heart or this system it draws water to the pump(if it can't then the hose is plugged, or damaged) or the pump is bad. If the pump is working then it should be pushing water to its destination. if the water comes out the pump but wont or cant push the water to its destination then the impeller is bad.
