Question about Televison & Video
I get a black square on my picture so now I can't see my picture. It covers 80% of screen. Audio is fine and if you hit any key, the black square goes away, but comes back quickly. How do i get that removed?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

He, he. Somebody activated the subtitle mode on the remote. Desactivate the CC mode on your menu and it'll go away or at least if you want CC put it in CC1 Text1

the closed caption is probably on. look on your remote or in the tv menu for cctv and change the setting. there are at least four different types of cctv and you may have to cycle around some to find "off.
