Question about RCA M4204 MP3 Player
Looks like there are two issues (the question and the solution) that both have the same resolution...
Addressing the original question:
Download the latest firmware and follow the instructions provided to install it. Can download here:
Make sure you have let it charge for a while too.
Addressing the answer:
You too need to reinstall the firmware. Backup all of your media (if you need to) before reinstalling.

When I turn on my M4304 OPAL it says Initalizing..... profiling requires 20MB free space. Shutting down. Then shuts off. If I plug it into my computer to try and delete files. My computer does not recongize it. It shows that is have a full battery. I have tried all the re-set methods given. I have tried downloading an upgrade. Nothing works. Can you help?
