Question about Roper RT18DKXKQ / RT18DKXKT Top Freezer Refrigerator
It sounds to me like the drain is plugged in the freezer. When the freezer goes into defrost the water vapor gets pulled up by the fan and blows into the fresh food side via the air baffle in the back of the fresh food side. Take the back cover off the freezer and break up the ice and pour some hot water down the drain and if you have a small hose to shove down the drain and that will help you out as well...good luck!!!!
