Question about Garden
My Craftsman leaf blower will not start.
It is gas powered with fresh gas and a new gas filter and spark plug. It was very difficult to start last year. When I could get it started, it would run okay until I shut it off to re-fuel. Then it would be very difficult again, until finally, it would not start.
This year, I could not get it started at all. It barely turns over when pulliong the pull start rope.
What could be the problem?
Thank you very much for any help you can give me.
Inside the carb is yet another fuel filter in the form of a screen. It is located just under the inlet needle and it would be included in a carb REBUILD KIT (not simply a diaphragm kit).
Replacing the screen and rebuilding the carb take nearly the same amount of labor so buy yourself a kit. Roughly $10.00 for most Hand-Held blowers.
Hope this helps.
