i already tried this but the same nothing happen still have the same problem, i wonder if there is a way to reset the finisher setting (Zero point)

This is a finisher error code.
turn off power then grasp the lower tray of finisher on both sides and shift up as far as it will go. turn power back on and see if that works. worse case disconnect the finisher from top rear of machine-at least the copier should still work and copies will go into middle.
