I recommend you a battery test, often these problem occur and it is due to a faulty battery, borrow a friend's battery and see if the problem persist, if not I recommend you replace your battery, if your friend's battery still doesn't work you might need to run an update on the phone which should solve the problem

Keeps rebooting itself over and over

SIMPLE FIX:
Symptom: My blackberry BB keeps rebooting and restarting; endless loop.

Solution: Remove battery, Re-Insert Battery, replace case backing & PRESS & HOLD on back of casing when reboot gets to just before home screen.
Keep holding until home screen comes up completely and everything loads. (usually 10-15 seconds once home screen appears)
IMPORTANT: WHERE to press & hold back of phone/battery casing when rebooting;
On back of phone casing there are 2 gold strips that hold 2 gold nodes on phone down. THIS IS WHERE you press.
In essence you are firmly holding these nodes down with back casing on, just as phone reboots to home screen.

Works every time for me. Hope it works for you.

Your friend is 100% right, that is one sign. Another way to tell is if the battery is swollen or out of shape

you should be able to plug your phone to the computer and use the desktop manager software (on the cd that came with the phone) to create a backup of the information on the phone, then reinstall the handheld software and restore the backup.

Blackberry Pearl keeps turning mobile connection off.

There might be some issue with the BlackBerry Device Software associated with the BlackBerry smartphone so Upgrade the BlackBerry smartphone with a newer version of BlackBerry Device Software and make sure that you have taken a backup before upgrading.

Blackberry keeps turning off and freezing

Hi,

Sounds like the device need the lastest firware "device Software" installed. You can do that from the Desktop Manager.

Download the latest "Device" software from www.blackberry.com

Hope this helps, please don't forget to rate me.

Blackberry Curve is resetting itself for no reason

I had the same problem with mine. It started reseting when I tried to connect wi-fi to my wireless network at home, as soon as I entered my security code. To fix this problem I had to turn off power on blackberry (If you hold power button of blackbery it will power off when it gets to desktop screen let it go and your bb will power off). then turn power off on your wireless router and your bb should turn on. Go to manage connections and turn wi-fi off. Apparently it is a bug in the os. mine works great.
