To hasten the defrost process as suggested by Bob I would add you use a hair dryer at low setting. You wi shift the ice in a couple of hours.

Fully defrost your unit. This takes about a full 2 days with the doors open and unit off. Clean and repair all door gaskets. Avoid leaving doors open or introducing large amounts of moisture into the unit. This will probably take care of it. If not, let me know.
