Blackberry 9530 does not read sim card

Why it is not reading sim card?? have you tried to insert other provider's SIM in your contracted mobile?? if so it will not allow you to continue the process so check with that first..just put other provider's SIM in your BB 9530 and if it says enter "MEP2 code" or "Enter unlock code" then make sure your mobile is locked..if not its unlocked and for this problem you can contact your provider..if its locked you can try Prounlocking to get unlock code for your Blackberry 9530 and get it unlocked..

Error code 21:13 restart the printer if the problem persists, call hp support

It all depends on the machine but typically all the 21 errors relate to the service station. this is the part to the right of the machine that "caps" the carriage and print heads when the carriage parks after a print. 13 refers to power cycling the machine to reboot it. If you need more precise info you will need to post the model and more info.

I Want the nokia mobile 6270 phone switch on suddenly restricted code no????? nokia 6270 phone manual flash Setup ???? Reply plz Tamil World

i think your phone is locked to your network and so it asks for your restriction code. i think your contract period for your phone expired. if you need to continue the plan you can contact your service provider for your continuation or you can end your contract through unlocking your phone. you can unlock your phone through codes. you can get the codes from here Classicunlocking.com to unlock your phone.

HELLO I HAVE A SONY ERICSSON I BOUGHT FROM CELLCOM ISRAEL AND SINCE I CHANGED PROVIDER NOW I AM AT ORANGE I WOULD LIKE TO AN BLOCK MY PHONE THAT I AM STILL PAYING AND FOR WHICH CELLCOM DOES NOT CARE TO...

Good Day,
Almost all provider have contracts. Upon acquiring the plan, of any value an length, a contract(that binds you to the service provider) is signed by you. Most of these contract states the length of the Lock-in period, which you should be on their network. Some network provider even prohibits the "unlocking" of the phone for use on other networks. In short, the contract states that the unit or phone should be ONLY used on their networks during and until the prescribed lock-in period.
Sometimes, even if you pay for their services continually, and the network provider finds out(there are several ways for them to know) that you have used the unit against the signed contract(breach of contract- or violation of the terms and conditions) or simply have made the phone unlocked to use OTHER sim from other provider, the company or network provider CAN do whatever they may see as appropriate. Such as "BLOCKING" the phone and sometimes issuing a warning that you have violated the terms and condition, stated in the contract.
I suggest that you read the contract, or clear up with your original provider, with the terms. It is with those terms, CELLCOM does not want to unblock your phone. If your handset comes with a plan with them, it would be clear on the contract you have signed, on how the handset should be used ONLY on their networks.
Unless you have bought the phone, without any plan or subscription, you may opt to do network changing anytime. And use it to any network you wish.
Unlocking the phone and using it other than the original network is a clear violation, and network providers have the right to lock(blacklist your phone), SOMETIMES even if you are still paying for it.
Hope this helps. Thank you for using Fixya.

I typed the wrong NCK pin, now my phone i perpetually locked. please help me get it back to its normal state? IMEI:356559010884661 S/N:UA7NAE17A1915628 FCC ID:QISV810

The NCK is the code used to remove the SIM lock of a cell phone. It may be requested from your phone service provider (PSP) after a time fixed in your service contract or on buy-out of the contract. It allows the use of SIM cards other than your contract service provider, so naturally, your PSP will not be overly supportive.

However, contacting the PSP customer service is your only option - modern cell phones (especially expensive smart phones) are pretty well protected against tampering and I doubt any shady phone servicing corner shop can un-brick such a device without at least risking permanent damage. Cheaper and simpler phones may be different, but who would care about a 20$ piece anyway?
The procedure to bring your phone back to live is individual to your device; there is no works-for-all magic. If there was, it would be known in no time across the internet and you would not need to ask on FixYa :-)

I suggest you visit a service station of your PSP and ask for a reset nicely. Face-to-face it is much harder for them to shoo you away than by phone. They may ask for some fee, though, as tampering attempts or user mistakes after the contract ran out are usually not covered by support contracts. They DO want you to use your phone, so this gives you some negotiation leeway.

Beeps on hold on Samsung IDCS 100

On the system 100, you have to go into system under technician level programming and set it to trunk MOH=371 and station MOH=371 . the out put from the MOH device is punched down on the first punch block that the first 8 stations are on, generally the yellow orange pair. If you want to continue I will get you the information you need to install it. Keep in mind, I do not know if the default system password for technician level programming has been changed or not.

Change name display on Toshiba DKT2020-SD

I am assuming you want to change the display to read another persons name, or blank. If that is correct:
Press a [DN](labeled intercom on my system) + #621.
That opens edit mode.
an example. My phone reads "MARK 29"
where Mark is the user, 29 the extension. John replaced
Mark, so target is "JOHN 29"
so intercom # 6 2 1 puts me in edit mode
# toggles between alpha/numeric
* moves the cursor, I repeat * until cursor is under M
Hit the 5 key, changes the M to J and moves cursor under the A.
Hit the 6 key, the A changes to M, and the cursor moves to under the R. I hit 0 which changes the M to N. I hit 0 again, the N changes to O.
Hit the 4 key, the R changes to G. Hit 0, G changes to H.
Hit the 6 key, K changes to M. Hit 0, that changes the K to M. Hit 0, M changes to N.
We are done, as the extension number stays the same. Hit spkr key to leave edit mode.
Hope that helps!

We have no designated 200 STATION

Usually the operator's extension is the programming extension. Ext 200 is the default operator's extension.

You dial 200 and it rings a phone line not an individual phone? Do you know what your extension numbers are? (Some people never use them and do not know) If you do know some or all of your extensions, what is the lowest extension number?

For me to get you specific information, it would help to know which Toshiba phone system you have. (Not a phone) The systems all program differently. Did you obtain the manual recently and are you sure it is the correct manual for your specific Toshiba system? Again, the system is not a phone and your phone's model number does not narrow it down. All the Toshiba phone systems have a name and number on the front cover. Example: "Toshiba Strata DK 280"
