Re: where will i find the icon where i can put songs

When you connect this via the usb cable to you computer you should be able to see it as a separate device in windows explorer. Alternatively if you access windows media player you should be able to see the device on the bottom right hand side. Get windows media player to scan for all you music files. After a while it will show you the music files. YOu can then drag the files you want to your music player.

How do I remove songs off ipodnano

Open iTunes, connect your ipod, click on the arrow that's pointing to the icon of the ipod and it should point down revealing more options, click on music, right click the song you want to delete and then delete it.

Unable to see Albums in my music library

When you open Windows Media Player, as long as the computer recognizes your Mp3 player, you should see an icon of the Mp3 player on the lower left hand side of the "Library" tab - click once on the plus sign next to this icon to expand a list of folders - "Songs" and "Albums" should be among the options.

My Technika MP707 MP3 player accepts a few songs & then starts to put them into files I can't access-I just want to put songs on it & listen to them but it is apparently impossible!!!

I think that the instructions are not as fulsome as they could be. Once you have downloaded to the file called voice you need to right click on the briefcase and go to move to and then move to the drive you are using - in my case drive G. This should be done after instruction 4.4. Also the taskbar icon is hard to see but it is the one with the green arrow pointing south west.

First switch your USB control to MSC. Then turn off your mp3 player and activate the hold icon. Then turn it on while holding the record button with hold icon still being activated. then it will go to recovery mode. Now plug your sandisk into the computer and wait until it says RECOVERY COMPLETE...PLEASE DISCONNECT or when it just says for you to disconnect. This worked on my sandisk, and it hopefully work for you.
