Thru the passcode u will get the security number. for some cell phones the pass code is the security code. or else u're trying to view the barring password.

Where would i find the ssid number on my kyocera cell phone?

An SSID is the name assigned to a wi-fi network. It CAN be a number, but is often an alphanumeric name or value. Unless your phone is being used as a wi-fi hotspot, it won't have an SSID of its own, but it will search for and list SSIDs of any wi-fi networks it finds in its range. That list will tell you whether the network is secure (requires a passcode) or unsecured (open to anyone). Unsecured networks should be used cautiously as they can be havens for hackers bent on stealing anything they can find on your system. If you choose a secured network to connect to, you will need to know and enter the passcode of the network to connect.

Can't remember my locked screen PIN number to my phone.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can help you set the device back to factory, but cracking passcodes is tough.

My suggestion is to reset the phone to factory settings. I am not sure what device you have, so I'll give instructions for both. If I find a way to get through the passcode in the next couple hours I'll post a second answer. If you let us know the type of phone and model that would help.

My husbands cell phone is constantly locked. He has a Casio® G'zOne Boulder?.... I am sure that he is being unfaithful in our marriage, and the only proof I have is on that phone. I need a way to...

I am not real familiar with ability to set passcodes on cell phones but I will tell you about one thing that happened that's worth a shot. When our phone got locked up,my wife tried some simple basic codes like 0000,1122,1234,that kind of stuff. When I tried it I was trying to reason it out so I did a few more numbers relative to certain things THEN I tried the last 4 digits of the phone number assigned to the phone.BINGO.It worked. With your situation,if that does not work,is your name on the cell account also?If it is,you can either find out the code,or request a copy of the phone numbers dialed.Wishing you luck and great success. If you do find out something,I would like to know how you did. It's up to you though.
Good luck! Greg gmccarthy86

A secruity key is needed to conect to internet

That would be the WiFi passcode for the secured WiFi connection. If you are trying to connect to your own wireless router, you should already have that passcode, or whomever setup your secure network would have it.

If it's not your network, give up, unless you know who it belongs to and they are willing to give your their passcode to use their WiFi connection.

Samsung Juke Security

There is no way to put a passcode on only certain things, but you can make it so your phone automatically locks after about two minutes without use or have it so it locks right after it restarts. In order to do either of these you need to go under phone options and then go to security. To get into security you will need to know your passcode, if you havent set one yet it should be the last four digits of your phone number. There will be lock options once you get into security.

Forgotten passcode for lg chocolate

Well you could try inputting random codes until the phones asks you for a PUK code, if it doesn't ask for one already.
Then you'll need to call your carrier's help number, and ask the representative for a PUK code. (You'll need paper and a writing utensil handy)
When you enter the codes you were given, it should reset the security code, and you'll be able to use the phone normally.

Forgotten your iPhone Passcode?
If you have forgotten your iPhone's Passcode you will need to restore your phone via iTunes.
But first you have to put your phone into the restore mode which is a slightly fiddly process.
Plug your iPhone into your PC or Mac with the USB cable
Press and hold the power button at the top and then slide to power off the iPhone
Press the power button to power the iPhone on and keep it held while simultaneously pressing the home button
After a few seconds a yellow alert triangle will appear and the iPhone will say it is iPhone Restore Mode.
Open up iTunes and click on the Summary tab
Click on Restore to restore your iPhone. This will reset all your iPhone's setting to the factory defaults, including the Passcode. You should then follow the steps above to activate the Passcode with a memorable number

Unlock LGVX8300 passcode

Try dialing *228, then pressing 1. This reprograms the phone to factory defaults, making your security (lock) code the same as the last four digits of your phone number. For example, if your phone number is (315) 123-0101, then after following the above instructions, your passcode is now "0101". *228 is accessible EVEN when the phone has been locked. This method does NOT delete contacts or change your phone number. All of that information remains the same as before you dialed *228. Also, you do NOT need to remember your old passcode for this to work.
